The Malaysia Heavy Construction Equipment Owners’ Association (PAJPBM) is an organization dedicated to fostering communication and collaboration within the heavy construction equipment industry in Malaysia. Established with the goal of creating a platform for dialogue among relevant departments, property developers, contractors, and suppliers of construction machinery, PAJPBM aims to address issues related to equipment approval, usage, and rental.

Located at No. 32-1, Jalan 9/23A, Medan Makmur, Off Jalan Usahawan, 53200 Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, PAJPBM serves as a hub for its members, facilitating discussions on matters concerning the construction industry. The association is committed to assisting and safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of its members, including legal counsel services for cases of rental payment disputes.

Membership in PAJPBM is open to owners of heavy construction equipment involved in residential construction, earthworks, sewage treatment, drainage, and pipeline laying. Only enterprise members are eligible, with each member having one voting right. Applications for membership are subject to approval by the board of directors, who reserve the right to refuse applications at their discretion without providing reasons.

PAJPBM strives to promote integrity, cooperation, and friendship among its members, as well as to strengthen relationships between state-level members and other legitimate associations. Through its initiatives and collaborative efforts, PAJPBM aims to advance the interests of its members and contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry in Malaysia.
