The Timber Exporters’ Association of Malaysia (TEAM) was established in 1955 to represent its members’ interests. It collaborates with the government and private agencies to create business opportunities and provide solutions to its members. The Association has a Management Committee led by an active President and supported by committee members and auditors appointed every two years. The Association prioritizes promoting the growth and promotion of its members’ businesses. It focuses on promoting legal and certified timber and timber products, including PEFC, MYTLAS, and Statement of Legality, among others.
